"Wanderer" also features an abundance of beverage offerings with local beer, coffee, kombucha, and cocktails on tap. A robust and rotating bottle program ensures a perfect pairing every time! Inspired by Chattanooga’s impressive landscape and line-up of outdoor activities. The camping and outdoorsy vibe is evident throughout the restaurant from the tabletop concept to the games.

FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME. Hunters and gathers flock together to enjoy dishes that feature wild game and foraged vegetables. The decor is rich and lavish and exudes the rich hunting history of Omaha. The menu is comprised of rotating dishes featuring game such as venison, rabbit, elk, buffalo, bone marrow, wild boar  quail, duck, and Cornish game hens among other options. Of course, there will be elevated standard fare such as burgers and pizzas for the less adventurous. The carefully curated drink menu features classics made modern including barrel-aged cocktails and cocktails on tap. Other features include table-side beverage experiences - individual shakers, cocktails poured, smoking cloches and fun tabletop pieces such as ‘nests.

The Take Off - Omaha, NE

BIRDS OF PARADISE. A colorful and playful interpretation of the Peregrine hotel’s overall schematic. Birds, tropical birds to be exact, are a staple to the Tiki bar atmosphere.The beverage menu features tiki cocktails, punch bowls/communal punch, boozy pops, shaved ice, mini desserts, and refreshing slushies. The dining offering also takes on a tropical feel with Pinxtos such as Kalua pork sliders, pineapple & mango on a stick with tajin. The bar also features complimentary snacks like nuts, popcorn, and Asian snack mix. The persona of the restaurant includes other features such as Tiki glassware and flame theatrics. 

 

The Street Corner Market at the Clemons - Chattanooga, TN

When opened on the ground floor at the historic Clemons Building the Street Corner Market at the Clemons was available for residents and nonresidents to enjoy a variety of services and products.

 

The market provided a true Chattanooga experience to their customers with a breadth of local offerings including pastries, chocolate and breads from the Bluff View Arts District Bakery; Fleetwood and Mayfly Coffees; unique jewelry from Elea Blake; unusual florals from Grafe Floral Studio; and a curated collection of craft beers. In addition, the deli offered Boar’s Head gourmet sandwiches for lunch, meats and cheeses to take home after work, and, for the health conscious, the market featured the only self-service salad bar in the center of the city.  The idea was to provide a true Chattanoogan experience.
