  • Other Details: This wholly owned ViaNova Development project revitalized a section of N. Chattanooga and a building that was an eyesore for the community into a desirable destination. 

Metta Montessori Logo

  • Project: Metta Montessori

  • Location: 1026 South Highland Street, Arlington, VA 22204

  • Project Type: Adaptive Reuse - 3 buildings built in 1924

  • Project Cost: $1.7MM

  • Number of Students: 80

​

  • Financing: Worked with local Wells Fargo resources to secure debt against 20% equity, which was being provided by the owner/operator. 

​

  • Opening Date: August 2020

​

  • Other Details: ViaNova Development provided pro-bono advisory services in the areas of project planning, budgeting, GM selection, and construction management to assist the owner/operator of a local Montessori school to acquire and redevelop a piece of property to expand the enrollment of the school from 40 students to over 120.
