• Other Details: Perched at the top of Missionary Ridge, ViaNova Development purchased two of the most notorious eyesores in Chattanooga, one was a rundown apartment building and the other was the King's Lodge Motel. ViaNova then combined the two properties into one large complex. Construction included stripping the building down to its studs and completing a 100% rebuild. In totality, 5 buildings were rebuilt and amenities such as a fitness center, on-site laundry, and an outdoor swimming pool with stunning vistas of downtown Chattanooga were added. All of this enhancement resulted in ViaNova developing the most coveted Class B apartment complex in the city.
