PACE equity funding and property tax abatements were also part of the capital stack for the investor.

The building served many purposes. ViaNova Development purchased the LaSalle Building and combined it with the 3 story building adjacent to it to create the Hotel Indigo Saint Louis. This boutique hotel is located only 2 blocks from the iconic Saint Louis Arch, which was designed by the renown architect Eero Saarinen. As a tribute to the Finnish designer, much of the furniture featured in the hotel includes some of Saarinen's most iconic designs including "Womb Chairs" and the "Tulip Chairs." The hotel features two food and beverage outlets including the lobby bar and restaurant, "The Switch List." The rooftop features an indoor/outdoor cocktail bar that is a tribute to the 50's cocktail party and Saarinen himself with the namesake "Eero's Penthouse." The Hotel Indigo Saint Louis is listed on the National Registry of Historical Places.
