• Role: ViaNova played the role of Developer on this project with a small equity stake. ViaNova Development partnered with Avana Capital to secure the debt funding on behalf of the sole investor. This project also included proceeds from state historical tax credits and PACE.​

• Other Details: The Peregrine Hotel is part of Hilton's exclusive Curio Collection, which consists of 4-star boutique hotels around the world. The building was originally known as the Saunders Kennedy building and was once a part of the famous Brandeis Theatre. Construction of the original structure began in 1914 and was completed in 1918.                                                                                                                             The hotel features two food and beverage outlets. "The Habitat" is the lobby restaurant and bar that serves game cuisine while "The Takeoff" is the rooftop bar that features a more relaxed tiki theme, which provides a light relief to the rich and deep feel of the rest of the property.
